Right of Withdrawal and Returns

Little Secrets sells unique jewellery pieces and one-of-a-kind items. As we ship exclusively within Switzerland, Swiss law applies. Under Swiss law, online purchases generally do not include an automatic statutory right of withdrawal or return.

Returns or exchanges are therefore only possible by prior written agreement with Little Secrets.

Complaints

Please inspect the goods immediately after receipt. Complaints regarding damaged, incorrect, or defective goods must be reported in writing by email to susan@littlesecrets.ch within 4 days of receipt.

Excluded Returns

The following are excluded from returns and exchanges in particular:

• custom-made, personalized, or individually adjusted jewellery pieces,
• worn, damaged, or altered items,
• items returned without prior written return confirmation from Little Secrets.

Return Shipping

Confirmed returns must be sent well packaged and insured to the address provided by Little Secrets. Return shipping costs are borne by the customer unless otherwise agreed in writing or unless the return is due to an error by Little Secrets.

Refund

In the case of a justified and confirmed return, we will refund the purchase price within 14 days after receiving and inspecting the returned goods. The refund will be issued using the original payment method.
